Customers

Customer Profile is a source for collecting information from customers that stay at your property. The name of the guest will be displayed alphabetically.

Information such as email address, phone number, address, nationality, previous reservations etc. will be stored on the customers profile.

When creating a customer, the mandatory field is the last name. A customer will be created when a reservation is made or by navigating to the customer tab and selecting create. Same rules apply for creating a company.

All customers

A list of all customers that have stayed at your property, have a future stay at your property or have booked a stay and cancelled it. The PMS system stores all that information so there is no way of deleting any history about a customer.

Personal

A filtered list of all of your customers that are listed as individuals and have stayed at your property, have a future stay at your property or have booked a stay and cancelled it.

Company

A filtered list of all of your customers that are listed as a company.
You are able to view the history of that company by selecting it, you will see all reservations that have been reserved by this company.
If a company is paying for a reservation for individuals, you are able to add a separate folio for a company with all accommodation and a folio for the guest to pick up with all incidentals.
With Sales Channel, the system is able to automatically route accommodation, extras, or both to a folio to be paid by a company while also creating a folio for the guest.

Search

Search. It is easy to search for information by navigating to the customers tab and using the search bar or the magnifying glass in the blue top bar.
When guests return to use the service, you can use the same customer profile.

FYI, if you have a customer’s profile open, you will need to close it before you are able to use the search feature.

Merge customers

If a customer is created more than once, you are able to merge them into one.
Find the name of the customers you want to merge and tick the boxes on the left next to the name, and select Merge selected

A screen will pop up asking you to select the main customer you want the other one to merge into
